Die Fraktion der Grünen im EU-Parlament hat ein erfreulich nach vorn gerichtetes Positionspapier (PDF) veröffentlicht, in dem sie ihre Vorstellung eines modernes Urheberrecht präsentieren.
Und es ist tatsächlich ein modernes Urheberrecht, das die Grünen vorstellen.
Es soll eine Unterscheidung zwischen kommerzieller und unkommerzieller Nutzung gemacht werden, wie ich es hier auch kurz zumindest als Kompromiss sinnvoll angeschnitten hatte. Aus dem Positionspapier:
